The singleton per-sensor monitoring line. It keeps one ChillSense sensor reporting to your dashboard around the clock. Pick monthly or yearly billing at checkout - the service itself is identical either way.
At checkout, set quantity to the number of sensors you want to monitor at your site. Each quantity unit covers one active sensor.
What's included, for the sensor
- Continuous 24x7 collection of the sensor's readings, day and night, at the standard reporting interval.
- Inclusion in all dashboard views - per-asset charts, area rollups, and site overviews.
- Inclusion in alerts - temperature breaches, sensor offline events, and battery warnings; recipients are configured per asset.
- Inclusion in HACCP-style reports - the sensor's history is available to download and share with auditors.
- Historical data retention in line with the platform's standard retention policy.
- AI drift detection, energy insights, and maintenance mode - the full feature set, no premium tiers.
Why per-sensor
Cold-chain businesses change. A cafe might add a gelato cabinet for summer and put it in storage in winter; a distribution kitchen might rotate a prep fridge out for service; a venue might run a one-off catering job from a temporary asset. Per-sensor billing means you can:
- Add a monitoring line as soon as a new sensor is paired - the dashboard will prompt you.
- Pause or cancel a monthly line at any time; the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period and the sensor stops reporting.
- Reactivate a sensor later without losing its asset's historical readings.
Billing and cancellation
- Payment terms are immediate on every invoice - the line is paid at checkout or on auto-charge of your saved payment method.
- Monthly plan: $8.00 per sensor per month, billed in advance. Cancel any line at any time - end-of-period cancellation; no minimum term.
- Yearly plan: $60.00 per sensor per year, billed once a year in advance. Not refundable mid-term, but you can switch off auto-renewal at any time and the subscription simply will not renew at the end of the current year.
- Sensors without an active monitoring line stop reporting to the dashboard. Their previous data and the asset they were assigned to are preserved in case you reactivate.
What you also need
- A ChillSense Sensor - the physical hardware that this line covers.
- A ChillSense Hub at the same site for the sensor to pair with.
This subscription on its own does not include the dashboard or the hardware. If you are setting up a new site, a kit bundle is the easiest starting point - the kit gives you the hardware, then you add this subscription with quantity matching your sensor count at checkout.
