The singleton per-sensor monitoring line. It keeps one ChillSense sensor reporting to your dashboard around the clock. Pick monthly or yearly billing at checkout - the service itself is identical either way.
Buy as many as the number of sensors at your site, mix-and-match with the multi-sensor packs, and add or pause individual sensors as your operation changes. Charging per active sensor instead of per slot means you only pay for what is actually being monitored. There is no per-site subscription, no minimum sensor count, and no minimum term on the monthly option.
What's included, for the sensor
- Continuous 24x7 collection of the sensor's readings, day and night, at the standard reporting interval.
- Inclusion in all dashboard views - per-asset charts, area rollups, and site overviews.
- Inclusion in alerts - temperature breaches, sensor offline events, and battery warnings; recipients are configured per asset.
- Inclusion in HACCP-style reports - the sensor's history is available to download and share with auditors.
- Historical data retention in line with the platform's standard retention policy.
Other pack sizes
If your site has more than one sensor, the multi-sensor packs work out cheaper per sensor than buying multiple singletons:
You can combine packs and singletons - for example, a 6-sensor pack plus one singleton covers seven sensors. Every plan is available as either monthly or yearly billing, selected at checkout.
Why per-sensor
Cold-chain businesses change. A cafe might add a gelato cabinet for summer and put it in storage in winter; a distribution kitchen might rotate a prep fridge out for service; a venue might run a one-off catering job from a temporary asset. Per-sensor billing means you can:
- Add a monitoring line as soon as a new sensor is paired - the dashboard will prompt you.
- Pause or cancel a monthly line at any time; the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period and the sensor stops reporting.
- Reactivate a sensor later without losing its asset's historical readings.
Billing and cancellation
- Payment terms are immediate on every invoice - the line is paid at checkout or on auto-charge of your saved payment method.
- Monthly plan: billed in advance each month per sensor (or per pack). Cancel any line at any time - end-of-period cancellation; no minimum term.
- Yearly plan: billed once a year in advance, on a date that locks in at first purchase. Not refundable mid-term, but you can switch off auto-renewal at any time and the subscription simply will not renew at the end of the current year.
- Sensors without an active monitoring line stop reporting to the dashboard. Their previous data and the asset they were assigned to are preserved in case you reactivate.
What you also need
