Temperature & humidity monitoring

Continuous, asset-by-asset temperature and humidity readings, 24x7. Sites, areas, and assets that mirror your business; sensors that move with assets, not racks. Two-year raw retention plus hourly and daily aggregates for long-window trend work.

  • Standard reporting interval dense enough to catch real events without flooding the dashboard with door-opening noise.
  • Temperature and humidity on every reading — bakery proofing fridge, chocolate cabinet, meat ageing room get two-for-one monitoring without extra hardware.
  • Per-asset history travels with the asset when you move a sensor; trend view stays continuous across hardware swaps.
  • Two-year raw retention and longer-term daily aggregates for the long-window queries an auditor or maintenance review will throw at you.

HACCP reporting

Monthly PDF reports per asset and per site, designed to support your audit preparation. Min, max, mean, breaches, and the corrective actions you logged at the time of each incident. Generated automatically each month and on-demand from the dashboard — no formatting work for your team. Acceptance of any report remains the auditor's decision.

  • Per-asset detail. Each cold-chain asset gets its own section with the readings summary, the breach list, and the corrective-action audit trail.
  • Per-site rollup. A single PDF that an environmental health officer or supermarket buyer auditor can read end to end.
  • Drop-in for your food safety plan. The reports slot straight into the records section of an existing plan rather than replacing the plan.
  • JSON snapshot alongside every PDF so a future regulator (or you) can trace any number back to the underlying readings.
  • On-demand and back-dated reports when an auditor asks for a specific window outside the monthly cadence.

Alerts & escalation

Real-time email and SMS alerts with sensible debouncing, so a door opening for 30 seconds does not page you. Mobile-friendly acknowledge-and-action pages, severity-aware escalation, and an append-only audit trail of every action staff took on every incident.

  • sustained-drift filtering built in so brief excursions do not become alert noise. Real failures still fire fast.
  • Severity-aware escalation. Low-severity events ping the person on shift; high-severity escalate up the contact chain until acknowledged.
  • Mobile action pages without a login. Staff receive an SMS with a signed link; they tap, acknowledge, pick a corrective action, done.
  • Per-asset alert contacts so the bar fridge pings the bar manager and the cool room pings the head chef.
  • Quiet hours and on-call rotation so the right human is paged at 2am instead of waking the whole team.
  • Audit-trailed every step. Who got the alert, who acknowledged, when, and what action they recorded. Append-only.

Dashboard & multi-site

A single dashboard that shows every site at a glance, drills into per-asset trends, and supports per-area rollups. Per-customer single-tenant isolation; role-based access for your team; bookmarkable URLs for the things staff open every shift.

  • Hierarchy that matches your business. Customer → site → area → asset.
  • Bookmarkable everything. Start-of-shift overview, walk-in trend, reports folder — every view has a stable URL.
  • Role-based access. Owner, manager, staff. Each role sees what they need; nothing more.
  • Per-customer single-tenant isolation. Your readings live in your own buckets, behind your own auth domain. See the privacy policy.
  • Mobile-first responsive design. The dashboard works the same on a phone as on a desktop, because that is where the operator actually checks it.

AI-assisted drift detection

Per-asset learned-normal baselines that surface a fridge that is slowly warming up over a fortnight — so you can book a service visit with earlier awareness of gradual drift, not only after a hard threshold breach. Drift detection compares recent readings to each asset's own history (and, where useful, peer assets at the same venue). It is baseline/behaviour comparison on historical sensor data — not a mechanical fault diagnosis or a guarantee of loss prevention.

  • Learned-normal per asset. Knows that your chocolate cabinet runs ~1 °C warmer than the dairy fridge — treats that as normal, not a problem.
  • Trend-aware, not just threshold-aware. Can flag when an asset's average has crept up over a fortnight, sometimes while readings are still inside hard threshold limits.
  • Service-vs-asset signal separation. Distinguishes "this fridge is degrading" from "the kitchen got hot today" by comparing against peer assets.
  • Trend history on the chart. Review how an asset has been behaving against its baseline — without claiming a guaranteed forecast of where it will go next.
  • No new hardware. Drift detection runs against the same readings the rest of the platform uses; existing customers got it as a free platform upgrade.

How features fit together

A typical month, end to end.

1
Continuous capture

Sensors stream readings every few minutes. Two years of raw history accumulates automatically.

2
Quiet vigilance

Rules and drift detection watch thresholds AND learned baselines. Silent unless something matters.

3
Action on the floor

SMS link, tap, acknowledge, pick a corrective action. Auto-closed, audit-trailed.

4
Sustained-drift nudge

Mid-month, drift detection can flag gradual warming trends — earlier awareness, not a guarantee of prevention.

5
Evidence at month-end

HACCP PDF lands in the reports folder with every alert, action, and breach documented.
