The smallest of our multi-sensor monitoring subscriptions. It covers three ChillSense sensors at one site as a single subscription line on your invoice (instead of three separate singleton lines). Pick monthly or yearly billing at checkout; the service itself is identical either way. Designed to pair with the Cafe Pack.
Other pack sizes
- Single sensor - the singleton, useful for sites with just one sensor or to top up a smaller pack.
- 6-sensor pack - the mid-tier pack, includes a multi-sensor volume discount.
- 12-sensor pack - the largest standard pack, includes the largest volume discount.
Larger packs work out cheaper per sensor than buying multiple singletons. Every plan is available as either monthly or yearly billing, selected at checkout.
What's included, per sensor
- Continuous 24x7 collection of the sensor's readings, day and night, at the standard reporting interval.
- Inclusion in all dashboard views at the site - per-asset charts, area rollups, and site overviews.
- Inclusion in alerts - temperature breaches, sensor offline events, and battery warnings.
- Inclusion in HACCP-style reports for the site, downloadable for auditors.
- Historical data retention in line with the platform's standard retention policy.
The monitoring service is identical to the single-sensor line - just billed as one pack of three.
Billing and cancellation
- Payment terms are immediate on every invoice - the line is paid at checkout or on auto-charge of your saved payment method.
- Monthly plan: billed in advance, as a single line on your invoice rather than three. Cancel at the end of any billing period; no minimum term.
- Yearly plan: billed once a year in advance. Not refundable mid-term, but auto-renewal can be turned off at any time.
- To change the number of sensors mid-cycle, cancel the pack at the end of the period and re-subscribe to the right size (or combine a smaller pack with singletons).
