The Multi-Site Pack is built for operators running cold-chain monitoring across two physically separate locations - for example, two franchise stores, a flagship venue plus a satellite kitchen, or a main restaurant plus an off-site catering prep space. It includes a complete hardware kit for each location: a hub and six sensors per site. Pair with the matching 12-sensor monitoring subscription (monthly or yearly billing, selected at checkout) to bring all twelve sensors online.
Each site can keep its own dashboard, alerts, and HACCP reports in the ChillSense app, so the kitchen at one location is not flooded with notifications from the other.

If you have one large site that needs two hubs to cover (rather than two separate sites), buy a Restaurant Pack plus an extra hub and additional sensors instead - same hardware, simpler dashboard set-up.

The hubs at each site are independent - they pair with their local sensors and report into the shared monitoring subscription. You can choose to split the dashboard view by site so each location's manager only sees their own assets.
Add monitoring at checkout
This pack is hardware only. To bring the dashboard, alerts, and HACCP reports online you also need an active monitoring subscription. The matching Sensor Monitoring (12 Sensors) subscription offers both cadences on one product page - pick monthly or yearly billing on the subscription product. Setup at a glance
The two sites are set up independently:
- At each site: plug the hub in, claim it to that site in the dashboard, and join it to the local Wi-Fi network.
- Pair six sensors to each site's hub one at a time, naming each one for the asset it will monitor.
- Place sensors per the placing sensors guide.
- Configure thresholds and contacts per site - typically the on-site manager at each location plus a shared owner / head office contact.
Growing later
- More than two sites? Add another hub and the sensors you need per location, then top up the monitoring subscription to match. Get in touch if you would like a quote for three or more sites.
- More than six assets at a site? Add a Sensor + Monitoring add-on per extra sensor at that site - and stay on the 12-sensor monitoring pack for the best per-sensor pricing.
- Coverage issues at a site? Drop in a second hub at the affected location - additional hubs do not need their own subscription line.
