The Restaurant Pack is sized for a working restaurant kitchen: a walk-in cool room, multiple under-counter prep fridges on the line, dedicated freezer space, and the occasional dessert or bar fridge. Six sensors give you per-asset visibility instead of relying on a single reading to represent the whole back-of-house. Pair with the matching 6-sensor monitoring subscription (monthly or yearly billing, selected at checkout).

One hub covers most single-building restaurants comfortably. If the kitchen is unusually long, the walk-in is on a different floor, or you have a separate prep room, drop in a second hub for coverage at any time - additional hubs do not cost extra subscription.

Setup at a glance

  1. Plug the hub in centrally, claim it to your site, and join it to your Wi-Fi network.
  2. Pair the six sensors near the hub one at a time, naming each one for the asset it will monitor.
  3. Place each sensor per the placing sensors guide, paying particular attention to walk-in placement (door height vs. deep inside).
  4. Configure thresholds and notification contacts per asset, including escalation to after-hours staff for the highest-risk assets.

Growing later

  • More than six assets? Use the Sensor + Monitoring add-on to add an asset at a time. When you cross seven or eight sensors, switch the subscription side to a 12-sensor monitoring pack for better per-sensor pricing.
  • Coverage issues? A second hub at the same site is the simplest fix - drop one into the trouble spot and re-pair the affected sensors to it.
  • Opening a second site? The Multi-Site Pack is sized for two locations with a hub at each, or you can simply buy another Restaurant Pack for the new venue.
